The Mind Behind CONCEPTORS
Iqbal Tabraze is the founder and strategic force behind CONCEPTORS. With over 15 years of experience across HR leadership, healthcare operations, and social innovation, he brings a rare blend of systems thinking and on-the-ground execution.
His work spans organizational design, people-first HR systems, healthcare transformation, and inclusive development initiatives—most notably the COGNIFY Autism Project. At the core of his work is a simple belief: meaningful change happens when strategy, empathy, and execution align.
